Tale About The Cat And The Moon: Book launch + Mão Morta Redux film-concert

Thirty years after the premiere of The Tale of the Cat and the Moon, Batalha is dedicating a special screening to Pedro Serrazina's film, with the launch of a book dedicated to this unique work of Portuguese animation, and a commissioned film-concert: the iconic short film, which premiered at Cannes in 1995 and won international awards, serves as the starting point for a composition by Mão Morta Redux (Adolfo Luxúria Canibal, António Rafael and Miguel Pedro), celebrating Serrazina's distinguished career in the animation cinema.
