Directed by the artist and filmmaker Maryam Tafakory, whose practice weaves poetry, documentary and archive materials into audiovisual collages, Code Names revisits films made in Iran after the 1979 revolution. This work acts as an archival pursuit of forgotten names, forbidden bodies and women who disappeared — both on and off the screen.
