Batalha Centro de Cinema has joined forces with the Organising Committee of the Porto Pride March (COMOP) to celebrate the 20th March, the first of which took place in the city in 2006.
Seeking to contribute to building an archive of the LGBTQIA+ community, we invited COMOP to co-produce a film about the Porto Pride March.
The film, directed by Raquel Freire, will be made over the course of 2025 and will include footage of the march submitted by the community, as well as footage of this year's march and testimonies collected by the filmmaker.
