Now in its 10th edition, the IndieJúnior Porto Festival has established itself as a benchmark event bringing cinema and younger audiences together. The programme includes an international competition featuring dozens of recent productions — including fiction, documentaries and animations — and reinforces the value of Portuguese cinema aimed at young viewers. In addition to film screenings, the festival expands the cinematic experience through film concerts, debates, workshops and other activities.
