Great Artists on Campus

In partnership with Lusófona University, Batalha hosts the monthly Great Artists on Campus series, which brings together leading figures in contemporary art through a selection of films. The new programme is split between the Sala Nobre at Lusófona University and Batalha. The event is organised by the Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia Communication at Lusófona University.
This edition of Great Artists On Campus brings together four Portuguese artists of international renown: Isabel Carvalho, João Penalva, Paulo Mendes and Susanne Themlitz. In each session, the artists present some of their works, sharing their vision and creative process with the academic community and the general public.
