Francisco Pedro Oliveira, musician, composer and curator, presents Rotor Latente, a performance that inhabits an interstitial space, where distant forms seem to share the same topography. A prepared guitar and a tower of amplifiers are part of the same flow, which also encompasses imagery, vernacular architecture and power transmission devices. Amidst the speculative rotation of a stone motor, feedback and moving images, an ambiguous temporal regime takes hold, in which the timeline thickens, as if the present were no longer able to pass.
