As villages across Mandatory Palestine rise up against British colonial rule, Yusuf finds himself torn between his home and the energy of Jerusalem, longing for a future beyond the growing conflict. However, with increasing numbers of immigrants fleeing anti-Semitism in Europe and the Palestinian population uniting in the largest uprising against 30 years of British occupation, all sides are heading for a collision.
