Cary Grant, Ginger Rogers and Marilyn Monroe — and some misbehaving chimpanzees — give it their all in this screwball comedy, a satire on social conventions and the fear of getting old. Dr. Barnaby Fulton is researching an elixir of youth, until one of his laboratory chimpanzees accidentally makes a chemical potion and pours it into the water cooler. On drinking it, Barnaby, and later his wife Edwina, regress to their youth. This sets in motion a series of chaotic events that upend social norms, in this irreverently humorous spectacle directed by Howard Hawks.
