Mikey and Nicky

Starring John Cassavetes and Peter Falk — a duo that marked Cassavetes' filmography as a director — Mikey and Nicky follows two childhood friends involved in the criminal underworld during one troubled night. Convinced that a mob boss is out to kill him, Nicky turns to his friend Mikey for protection. Over the course of the night, as they flee through a dark city, old resentments surface, testing the limits of their friendship.
