Programme:
The Mental Health, Stigma and Resilience (SER) project, developed by professionals from the fields of health, culture, education and the media, aims to provide a space for reflection on mental illness and the stigmas surrounding it, fostering dialogue between science, health and society. As part of this initiative, the Batalha is hosting part of a film series dedicated to the theme, with a special screening of Gus Van Sant’s Elephant—a film inspired by the 1999 Columbine massacre, during which two teenagers opened fire on students and teachers at a secondary school in Colorado.
