Having spent eight years in a correctional facility, Spira, 18 years old, returns to his childhood neighbourhood of Reboleira, which is under threat of destruction by diggers. Now an adult, Spira reencounters his family and childhood friends, who are happy to have him back. However, Kikas, an old drug dealer in the neighbourhood, insists in letting him know that he is not welcome. Featuring non-professional actors, the film was selected to compete at Locarno Festival and was awarded the prizes for Best Portuguese Feature Film and Tree Of Life at IndieLisboa.
